Stan-up-Showcase advert on Facebook
We ran the first Facebook advertisement for Stand-up-Showcase.com. This is so we can get more users to join the site now that the site is live. We need users to get users to get traffic to get advertising to be worth anything. Once the site is large enough we can have a service fee for users who would like to be listed on the service section.
Facebook is an inexpensive way to get your site advertised. The budget for this experiment is $1.50 a day and a bid of .29 for 6000 impressions a day. Verses .40 per click. We will see how well this advert will perform then go from there.

Another successful development test gives us another great development partner. Another iteration of the Stand-up-showcase.com platform…This version was build entirely with PHP no “Word Press” accept the actual blog witch these days all sites really should have. We developed this version using one of our top 3 partners in Development, They have done well with skill and customer service but lacked in being proactive with their bug checking, we had to invest a lot of time clicking and going thru the site each and every time the updates were complete. But the Development team was thorough with their fixes and never went over budget no matter how many times we sent our list of bugs. This site was designed to have the ability to be refaced and used for other industry as long as they need a listing side and a hiring site it can be an easy fit.

New Free Site for Philadelphia Area Comedians and Promoters
Our latest launch…one of our new babies’s for the New Year, this site is for Comedians and Promoters / Venders to list their acts and get booked. The site offers a forum for the Philadelphia are witch is the test group for the launch, once all the kinks are worked out there will be a sub domain section offering geocentric information, this will be useful for SEO and the clients target audience. There are a few other sites built off this same platform soon to go into their Bata launch so keep an eye out comedians, and reap the rewords of free advertising and getting your name out there.
